Руководство по установке винтовых воздушных компрессоров Sparta
Май 26, 2025
Sparta, a renowned name in the air compressor industry, emphasizes the importance of proper installation to ensure optimal performance and longevity of its винтовые воздушные компрессоры. Below are comprehensive guidelines for selecting the installation site and setting up the air piping and cooling systems.

Selection of Installation Site
1. Spacious and Well-Lit Area
The installation location must be spacious with adequate natural or artificial lighting. This facilitates smooth operation and easy access for maintenance and inspection tasks.
2. Low Relative Humidity, Dust-Free, and Well-Ventilated
The area should have low relative humidity, minimal dust, and good ventilation. High humidity and dust can adversely affect the compressor’s performance and lifespan.
3. Ambient Temperature Below 40°C
The ambient temperature in the installation area should not exceed 40°C. Higher temperatures reduce the compressor’s output air volume due to decreased efficiency in the compression process.
3. Additional Filtration for Dusty Environments
In factories with poor air quality and high dust levels, it is essential to install pre-filtration equipment. This helps maintain the service life of the air compressor system’s components by preventing dust and contaminants from entering the system.
4. Reserved Access Paths and Overhead Cranes (Essential for High-Power Compressors)
For ease of maintenance and repair, sufficient access paths should be reserved around the air compressor. For high-power models, installing an overhead crane is highly recommended to facilitate the handling of heavy components during servicing.
5. Reserved Maintenance Space
A minimum clearance of at least 800mm must be maintained between the air compressor and any adjacent walls or structures. This space is crucial for conducting routine maintenance tasks and ensuring proper airflow around the compressor.
Precautions for Air Piping Installation
1. Proper Inclination of Main Piping
When installing the main air piping, ensure a 1-2% inclination to facilitate the drainage of condensed water from the pipeline.
2. Pressure Drop Control
The pressure drop in the piping must not exceed 5% of the compressor’s set pressure. Therefore, it is advisable to select a pipe diameter larger than the designed value during piping to minimize pressure drop.
3. Branch Piping from Top of Main Pipe
Branch pipes must be connected from the top of the main pipe to prevent condensed water from flowing into working machinery or back into the air compressor, which could damage components.
4. Lubrication for Tools
Tools requiring lubrication should be equipped with a three-in-one combination (air filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator) to extend tool lifespan and maintain performance.
5. Avoid Arbitrary Reduction of Pipe Diameter
The main pipeline should not be arbitrarily narrowed. If pipe reduction or enlargement is necessary, use a gradual reducer to avoid turbulent flow at joints, which can cause significant pressure loss and shorten pipe lifespan. If pipe reduction or enlargement is unavoidable, use a reducer to prevent mixed flow at joints, which could lead to significant pressure loss and shorten the pipe’s service life.
Cooling System Considerations
For air-cooled compressors, ventilation is critical.
**Prohibition Zone**: Do not place the compressor near high-temperature machinery or in poorly ventilated areas to avoid overheating and shutdowns.
**Ventilation Requirements**: In enclosed spaces, install exhaust fans to ensure air circulation. The exhaust volume of the ventilation system should exceed the compressor’s heat dissipation exhaust volume to prevent overheating.
