The higher the discharge pressure of the compressor, the more energy it consumes. So do not use compressors with excessively high exhaust pressure

Exhaust volume

Calculate the coefficient of actual total gas consumption* 1.1-1.2 as the model for selecting exhaust volume. If the selected value is too low and cannot meet the specified value of gas equipment, and too high is selected, it will result in high energy consumption and uneconomical operation during load reduction. The cost of purchasing a large displacement screw air compressor is relatively high.

Compressed air quality

According to the requirements of the industry's gas equipment for compressor gas, screw air compressors and supporting equipment should be selected appropriately. The following points need to be considered:

1. To reduce the oil content in compressed gas, a degreasing purifier can be used. If the treatment index is high, multi-stage treatment can be selected.
2. To reduce the water content in compressed gas, water removal equipment can be used as a matching solution.

Manutenção e conservação
