Exhaust pressure

The higher the discharge pressure of the compressor, the more energy it consumes. The sum of pressure, pipeline resistance loss, and pressure drop of supporting equipment is set as the lower limit of the rated exhaust pressure for selecting a screw air compressor. Generally, the diameter of the gas pipeline should be selected larger to reduce resistance loss and achieve the goal of long-term operation and energy consumption reduction. The higher the discharge pressure of the compressor, the more energy it consumes. So do not use compressors with excessively high exhaust pressure

Exhaust volume

Calculate the coefficient of actual total gas consumption* 1.1-1.2 as the model for selecting exhaust volume. If the selected value is too low and cannot meet the specified value of gas equipment, and too high is selected, it will result in high energy consumption and uneconomical operation during load reduction. The cost of purchasing a large displacement screw air compressor is relatively high.
