The fixed screw air compressor is the largest screw air compressor, with a single displacement of 100m3/min and a power of 560kW. This series of screw air compressors is carefully designed and assembled for the applicability, economic efficiency, reliability, and ease of operation and maintenance of large displacement models. The whole machine runs reliably and flexibly. Strong adaptability to environmental conditions, especially suitable for centralized gas supply areas with large gas volumes.

Layout of major components

The entire unit adopts a fully enclosed structure, where the cold and heat flows are separated inside the unit without interfering with each other, in order to improve the efficiency of the system (it is required that the air sucked in by the main engine is at room temperature, and the heat generated by the compressor cooler does not affect the suction). The main engine and motor are separated from the machine base by vibration damping pads, which do not interfere with surrounding equipment and have the characteristics of low noise, small vibration, and no need to install foundations.

Compression efficiency

The original large-sized Size3 dual host reduces the workload of bearings, rotors, and gears, with low operating speed, high efficiency, and long service life. Under the same operating conditions, the power consumption is lower and a larger displacement is obtained.

Function

Direct connection structure, integrated with elastic coupling, connecting cylinder, and gearbox, easy connection, good centering, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the compressor.

Load reducing valve

The load reducing valve designed and produced for large compressors is exquisitely designed with no springs inside, minimizing the possibility of failure to the greatest extent possible. Its action is very flexible and reliable. Proportional adjustment devices can also be installed according to user needs.

Water-cooled cooler

According to the domestic water quality situation, water-cooled models separate the coolers for cooling compressed air and lubricating oil, which saves water significantly, has excellent cooling effect, and extends the cleaning cycle. The compressed air cooler adopts a small volume, internal spiral mesh structure with high heat transfer efficiency, low temperature rise, and is not prone to scale formation, ensuring that the supply air temperature is ≤ 40 ℃. The lubricating oil cooler is a tubular structure with a large heat exchange area. The cooling water flows through the interior of the straight copper tubes, making cleaning very simple and convenient.

Compressors are divided into piston compressors, screw compressors, centrifugal compressors, linear compressors, etc. A piston compressor generally consists of a housing, an electric motor, a cylinder body, a piston, control equipment (starter and thermal protector), and a cooling system. There are three cooling methods: oil cooling, air cooling, and natural cooling. The linear compressor has no shaft, cylinder body, seal, and heat dissipation structure. It adopts the principle of magnetic levitation and spiral ring fluid dynamics structure to compress gas and provide power for refrigeration.

A passive fluid machinery that converts low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas is the heart of a refrigeration system. It sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe, providing power for the refrigeration cycle, thus achieving a refrigeration cycle of compression, condensation (heat release), expansion, and evaporation (heat absorption).
