Air compressor, abbreviated as air compressor, is a device used to compress gases. Most air compressors are reciprocating piston type, rotating blades or rotating screws. It can be used for daily tasks such as painting, cleaning, woodworking, and tire inflation.
- The requirements for equipment safety inspection are as follows:
The operation area of the air compressor should be kept clean and dry, and the gas storage tank should be placed in a well ventilated area. Welding or hot processing operations are not allowed within 15 meters of the gas storage tank;
The air compressor should maintain good lubrication, accurate pressure gauges, sensitive automatic start and stop devices, and safe and reliable safety valves and electrical control devices;
Do not dismantle safety protection devices without authorization;
Pressure gauges, safety valves, and regulators should be calibrated every 12 months; 5) The air compressor should be regularly maintained according to the product technical specifications, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of seals. The wear of vulnerable parts should be checked regularly, and any damage should be replaced in a timely manner.
- The requirements for homework safety inspection are as follows:
Before operating the gas storage tank, it should be confirmed that all connecting components are tightened, all moving mechanisms and valves are flexible in opening and closing, there is no air leakage in the pipeline, all protective devices are complete, and there is no water stored in the gas storage tank;
The air compressor should be started in a no-load state, and then run at low speed idle. Monitor the readings of various instruments to ensure that they meet the requirements. After normal operation, gradually enter load operation;
When the safety protection device fails or malfunctions, the machine should be immediately shut down for maintenance;
When operating the air compressor, do not put your hands or other objects near the inlet or outlet of the compressor;
The air compressor shall not operate beyond the rated pressure on the nameplate, and the safety valve shall be flexible and effective. During operation, the pressure gauge shall be closely observed to ensure that the pressure is within the normal range. The inlet and outlet valves, bearings, and various components shall have no abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon;
During operation, the oil and water in the liquid gas separator and the oil and water in the gas storage tank should be discharged in a timely manner according to the product technical requirements.
