Air Compressor System

Our common air compressor system consists of the following four parts:
1. Screw air compressor: The screw air compressor is the main equipment, the core of the air compressor system, and the machine that produces compressed air. The commonly used screw air compressor models on the market are variable frequency screw air compressor, low-pressure screw air compressor and oil-free screw air compressor.
2. Air storage tank: The role of the air storage tank is very important. It has four main functions: storing compressed air to meet sudden gas demand and ensure stable gas use; stabilizing air pressure and eliminating air flow; reducing the temperature of compressed air to achieve initial cooling effect; separating liquid water and oil in compressed air to make the compressed air higher quality.
3. Dryer: The dryer mainly includes two types: refrigeration dryer and adsorption dryer. Its function is to separate the gaseous water in the compressed air, reduce the high-temperature compressed air to the dew point temperature through the refrigerant compressor, and release most of the water in the compressed air.
4. Filter: We usually call it compressed air filter. Its function is to filter out moisture, dust and oil in compressed air. According to the degree of filtration, it can be divided into primary filtration and precision filtration.
