Treatment of long-term shutdown of mobile diesel compressor

In case of long-term shutdown, the following methods shall be strictly followed, especially in seasons or areas with temperature below 0 ℃ and high humidity.

1，Downtime for more than 3 weeks

1) Move the machine to at least dust and store it in a dry place.
2) Drain the water in the oil cooler and the aftercooler completely to avoid the cooler frost cracking
3) If there are any faults, they should be removed for future use.
4) After two or three days, discharge the condensate in the oil and gas barrel, the oil cooler and the aftercooler.

2，Stop the machine for more than 2 months

In addition to the above procedures, the following additional processes are required:
1) Close all openings to prevent moisture and dust from entering.
2) Wrap the safety valve and control display panel with oil paper or similar paper to prevent corrosion.
3) Change the lubricating oil before disabling, and run for 30 minutes. After two or three days, remove the condensate from the oil and gas bucket and oil cooler.
