In 2018, our company began to contact foreign markets and assisted foreign trade companies in producing and customizing various series of air compressors for foreign customers.
At the beginning of 2023, in order to better serve foreign customers and meet the needs of the global compressor market, our company established its own foreign trade team. So far, it has markets in nearly 70 countries around the world. According to the different needs of customers in different countries for compressors, including appearance, color, voltage, inverter, host, etc., we will customize and recommend the best solutions.
In November 2023, according to the needs of foreign customers, our company established a procurement department to integrate the resources of major brands (including Atlas, Ingersoll Rand, Sullair, CompAir, Fusheng, Caesar, etc.) to provide various brands of complete machines and maintenance spare parts for foreign customers in need.

In 2023, a customer from Yekaterinburg, Russia, contacted us. He needed a natural gas compressor. The difficulty was low temperature, requiring normal startup at -50℃. After we received the detailed technical requirements from the customer, we made a technical plan as quickly as possible, and we held many video conferences with the customer to communicate and discuss. The customer also came to our company to discuss product details many times. After many meetings and discussions between our company’s engineers and customers, the design plan for the natural gas compressor was finally finalized. We specifically design and produce low-temperature start-up air compressors based on customer needs and local temperature conditions, and design the start-up temperature of the air compressor to -50℃, which can fully meet the extremely cold weather in Russia. In order to let customers understand the strength of our company, we led customers to visit our factory and production workshop. Russian customers highly praised our R&D capabilities and production capabilities. After the equipment was produced, we invited the customer to inspect the machine on site to make the customer completely satisfied and assured of our machine. After the user received the compressor, it was installed and started, and it has been running normally until now. Our customized natural gas compressor has been highly recognized by users. In the end, we reached a long-term strategic partnership.

In 2023, we have an American customer from Pennsylvania. Because his company purchased a batch of air compressors with voltage problems, they are considering changing suppliers. They contacted our company through the Internet. Our company actively communicated with this customer and learned that he needed to customize a mobile 4-in-1 screw air compressor. After many exchanges and recommendations, the customer determined the required configuration and appearance. Because it is inconvenient for the customer to visit the factory in China, we produced a prototype according to the customer’s requirements and sent it to the customer. The customer is very satisfied with the quality of our products. And for the batch of machines that the customer purchased before and had problems, our engineers helped the customer find ways to improve it through remote guidance. With the trust of the customer, we reached an agreement and established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship.

In 2024, we expanded the business of second-hand brand diesel mobile air compressors. We have a group of customers from West Africa who need to purchase a batch of second-hand diesel mobile air compressors. We held a video conference with the customers to understand the customers’ requirements for the quality, use time and renovation of second-hand air compressors. Because the customer’s purchase volume is relatively large, in order to reassure the customer, we invited the customer to come to China to our second-hand air compressor base to check the condition of the machine. We helped the customer arrange the itinerary, and the company’s professional team communicated with the customer throughout the whole process, and determined all the models to be ordered within two days. The customer was very satisfied with our machines and services, and paid us before returning home.
