There are usually three ways to adjust the volume of screw air compressors:

3, change the rotor speed adjustment.

From the point of view of energy saving, changing the rotor speed adjustment is the most effective. For this reason, people think of variable frequency motors, of course, it is more energy efficient than other adjustment methods of fixed speed. However, since the usual frequency conversion motor will cause a decline in motor power factors and efficiency when the speed drops, according to the test, it will decrease by 10% to 15% than the traditional air compressor at the same power. Therefore, it is not the most ideal drive motor. Moreover, the usual motor can not be started and stopped frequently. Here, the inverter screw air compressor consumes 25% to 30% of the no-load power. So people are looking forward to the emergence of a new drive motor.
