The structure of the main components of the compressor is as follows:
1 Crankcase
The crankcase is made of gray cast iron. The lower part of the crankcase can store lubricating oil for use by the compressor, and a coarse oil filter component for filtering the lubricating oil is installed. Hand hole covers are provided on both end faces of the crankcase, and an oil measuring rod and an oil filling port are installed on one of the covers. The other two end faces of the crankcase are provided with holes and oil drain holes for installing bearings, bearing seats and oil pumps. The bearing seats are installed with skeleton-type rubber oil seals to seal the lubricating oil in the crankcase so that it cannot leak out.
2 Crankshaft
The crankshaft is forged with 45# steel, and the surface is high-frequency quenched to improve the surface hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength of the crankshaft. Rolling bearings are installed on the two main journals of the crankshaft, and oil holes are drilled on the crankshaft to deliver oil to the moving parts; a balancing iron is installed on the crank arm of the crankshaft to balance the unbalanced mass of the rotating part and the first-order reciprocating inertia force of the reciprocating parts.

3 Connecting rod
The connecting rod is the connecting part between the crosshead and the crankshaft, which plays the role of converting the rotational motion of the crankshaft into the reciprocating motion of the crosshead. The connecting rod of this machine is forged from steel, with thin-walled bearings inlaid at the large end hole, and wear-resistant babbitt alloy plated on the thin-walled bearings. The small end hole is lined with an integral bronze sleeve, and oil holes are drilled along the axial direction of the connecting rod between the large end bearing and the small end bushing to supply oil to the small end copper sleeve to lubricate the small end copper sleeve and the crosshead slideway.
4 Crosshead
The crosshead is a mechanism that connects the connecting rod to the reciprocating piston rod. It has a guiding function and bears the lateral force of the compressor. The crosshead is cast from ductile iron, with sliding shoes and threads for connecting the piston rod and a crosshead pin for connecting with the connecting rod.

5 Pistons
The pistons are divided into Ⅰ-Ⅱ grades, and their structural types are all differential. The Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade pistons are composed of the Ⅰ grade piston, the Ⅱ grade piston and the piston rod, and the connection between the two pistons adopts a radial plane floating structure.
6 Cylinders
The Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade cylinders are made of forgings and the cylinder surface is nitrided to improve the wear resistance of the cylinder surface.
7 Valve
The Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade inlet and exhaust valves of the gas valve are high-pressure combinations, which are composed of valve seats, lift limiters, valve plates, spring plates, etc.

8 Piston ring and packing
The packing is a component that prevents the gas in the cylinder from leaking from the piston rod and the cylinder. It is mainly composed of a packing tube, a packing box, a spring, a sealing ring, a flow control ring, etc. The packing of this machine is equipped with an air chamber and a front sealing ring.
